We endevour to give the best quality customer experience as we can and take the risk out of buying, whether you online or inshore.

When you purchase from Moto GC, we ship your products within 2 working days of payment confirmation. We use Australia Post regular parcel to send items and all items have a tracking code which you receive via email.

Delivery for you items take from 3 to 6 workings days within Australia. This can be a longer duration in busy periods such as the Christmas season.


If you are unhappy with the purchase you have made please get in touch for us to organise a return at accessories@motogc.com.au.

Please note that, if you purchase something that has FREE FREIGHT a shipping fee will be deducted from the refund. This amount will be based upon the Australian Post frieght calculator.


All products must be returned in original condition with tags attached. Some products may not be valid for a return if the condition is not the same as originally sent. A partial refund may be offered for products not in original condition, at our discretion.

Helmets and electrical items will not be accepted as a return.


If you have a faulty item that you would like refunded, repaired or replaced, please contact our before sending the item back. If emailing regarding a fault, please attach pictures of the fault so the item can be assessed before a return is approved. Faulty items may be returned outside of the regular returns timeframe, provided the item is still under warranty.

We aim to have your refund processed within 24 hours of receiving; however, some faults must be approved by the manufacturer before a refund or replacement can be issued. This process can take around 2 weeks and once completed you should receive your refund or replacement within 1-7 business days and will keep you informed for the entire process.
